omnigan.co is operated by Jakuta Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada ("we" and "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
What the site is for
The site describes Omnigan's work. Its content is general information and does not make an offer or form a contract; any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement. We may change or remove content at any time.
Examples on the site
The tracking footage on the site is processed by our own models; the measurements shown with it describe that footage only. The shipment, its documents and the operations view are worked examples, not records of a real customer.
Ownership
The text, design, software and the Omnigan name and logo belong to Jakuta Inc. You may link to the site and quote short passages with credit. The video footage belongs to its owners: the street clip is from Wikimedia Commons (public domain) and the highway clip is from Mixkit, used under the Mixkit licence.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or automated messages.
- Do not copy the site at a scale or speed that disrupts it.
